Last year we hired Harvard Home Services to get a rental property in DC ready for new tenants. HHS delivered beautifully! We added recessed lights, replaced the tiled flooring with easy-to-maintain laminate flooring, painted the whole house, replaced the bathroom lights, painted the kitchen cabinets a bright white, powerwashed the exterior of the brick row house, and cleaned up the yard, adding weed liners and mulch. A year later, all the work done has held up great, along with tenant maintenance, so we did not have to do much more than a professional house cleaning to get the home ready for the next tenant.
